This Privacy Policy explains what information Inverp Creator ("we", "us") collects when you use our service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Inverp Creator, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address, and workspace name when you sign up. Content you create: post captions, media, hashtags, and scheduling details you enter to publish or schedule content. Social platform connections: when you connect a social media account (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), our processor Ayrshare securely stores the access credentials needed to publish on your behalf and returns account metrics (followers, views, engagement) — we never see or store your social platform password. Billing information: payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate and maintain your workspace and its content calendar; publish or schedule content to the platforms you connect; show you analytics about your connected accounts; process your subscription payment; send you service-related emails (account confirmation, team invitations, billing receipts); and respond to support requests.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (account authentication and database storage), Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing), Ayrshare (connecting to and publishing on your social media accounts), Resend (transactional emails such as signup confirmation and team invites), and Vercel (application hosting). Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service, under their own privacy and security terms.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the third-party providers listed above only as necessary to operate the service, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inverp Creator, our users, or others.
Data Retention
We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your workspace or ask us to delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.
Your Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or a jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
