Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inverp Creator. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Service
Inverp Creator is a workspace for planning, scheduling, and publishing marketing content across connected social media platforms, tracking analytics, and managing a team pipeline for deals and content. The service is provided on a subscription basis, currently a single flat monthly fee per workspace.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and for any teammates you invite to your workspace. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service — typically this means being at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Subscription and Billing
The service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Connecting Social Media Accounts
When you connect a social media account, you authorize us (through our processor Ayrshare) to publish content to that account on your instructions. You remain solely responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising policies. We are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against your account (such as suspension) as a result of the content you choose to publish.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to violate any third party's rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Inverp Creator. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the service (for example, to schedule and publish it to the platforms you choose).
Intellectual Property
Inverp Creator, its logo, and the underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any workspace that violates these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, or poses a security risk to the service or other users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party platform (social network or payment provider) will function without issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverp Creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. If you continue using the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
